Q: When will my order ship?

A: Normal production time for a personalized item is 2-3 weeks. (*Please note the difference between production times and shipping times. Production time is the amount of time it takes to create or personalize your item. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes once your item has shipped.) Orders are processed in the order they are received. Handmade items can not be created until your order is placed. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Q: Can I send you something to monogram?

A: I'm sorry, but I am not able to accept outside monogramming at this time.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are not able to accept returns on personalized items.
