A: Current Production time is noted at the top of each web page.  (*Please note the difference between production times and shipping times. Production time is the amount of time it takes to create or personalize your item. Shipping time is the amount of time it takes once your item has shipped.) Handmade items can not be created until your order is placed. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

A: I'm sorry, but I am not able to accept outside monogramming at this time.
